Agreement, eligibility, and third-party booking
The person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. Passengers need not all be 18. Third-party booking is permitted; the person making the reservation is responsible for accurate passenger and contact information and for communicating applicable terms to the traveler.
Reservation confirmation and pricing
Submitting an inquiry, quote request, or booking request does not create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when The Black SUV or its booking system provides explicit confirmation. Pricing and availability may change until confirmation, and a quote may state an expiration period. Once confirmed, the price is locked except for material customer-requested itinerary changes or specifically disclosed variable circumstances.
Payment, deposits, and trip expenses
A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation. Depending on the service, The Black SUV may authorize a card, collect a disclosed deposit, or collect the full confirmed price in advance. Standard gratuity is included; additional gratuity is optional and never expected. Ordinary anticipated tolls and routine expenses should be included when reasonably calculable. Unusual customer-requested modifications may add transparent parking, toll, ferry, venue, or similar expenses.
Vehicles, chauffeurs, and affiliate providers
Vehicle and chauffeur requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. An equal or higher-class vehicle may be substituted for availability, maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. Qualified independent or affiliate transportation providers may fulfill reservations when appropriate and remain responsible for their vehicles, personnel, licensing, insurance, and conduct as applicable. The Black SUV remains the central point of contact for coordination and service issues.
Timing, disruptions, and service limitations
Reasonable efforts will be made to perform service as scheduled, but arrival at a flight, train, cruise, appointment, or event is not guaranteed. Timing may be affected by severe weather, accidents, extraordinary traffic, road closures, government or security actions, major events, and similar circumstances outside reasonable control. Service may be delayed, rerouted, modified, declined, or cancelled when safety, law, capacity, access, road, weather, vehicle, or regulatory conditions require it.
Property, losses, and fair resolution
Reasonable efforts will be made to locate and return forgotten property, but The Black SUV does not assume liability for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal property. If The Black SUV cancels because confirmed transportation ultimately cannot be provided, amounts paid for the unperformed service will be refunded. The Black SUV does not promise reimbursement for consequential losses such as airfare, hotels, cruises, appointments, or business losses. Genuine material service failures attributable to The Black SUV will be handled fairly under the circumstances and applicable law.
Governing law, disputes, and updates
SMS Messaging Terms
The Black SUV SMS program is operated by Luxatto LLC, doing business as The Black SUV. Customers who separately opt in may receive transactional or informational messages concerning inquiries, quotes, reservations, trip coordination, service updates, and customer support. Customers who separately opt in to promotional messaging may receive special offers, discounts, promotions, and service announcements. Consent to transactional/informational messages and consent to promotional messages are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After receiving STOP, we will send a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.
