An assignment accepted from The Black SUV may not be reassigned, farmed out, or subcontracted without prior authorization. Approval is based on the company, chauffeurs, vehicles, credentials, and market represented in the application.

Assignment details are shared on a need-to-know basis. Client information may not be retained for unrelated use, marketed to, or used to solicit direct future bookings. Approval follows four steps: apply, documentation review, qualification and conversation, then approval for appropriate assignments.
