The Black SUV does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with legitimate booking, payment, communications, technology, professional, and operational providers—including qualified affiliate transportation providers—to fulfill reservations, process payments, communicate, operate the website, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.
Payments
Payment information may be handled by appropriate third-party booking and payment providers. The Black SUV does not represent that it independently stores customers’ complete payment-card information.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use functional cookies and reasonable analytics to operate, understand performance, and improve the visitor experience. Invasive behavioral advertising or the sale of profiles is not authorized by default.
Retention and security
Personal information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legitimate business operations, accounting, legal, or dispute requirements, and is then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Communications and choices

Transactional or informational SMS consent and promotional SMS consent are collected independently. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
